While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Only those specifically named on the invitation are invited to attend. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless they are listed on your invite.

All guests are requested to wear black cocktail attire only. No colors, please. Western boots are not permitted. Formal dress shoes only.

We recommend arriving at 5:30 PM, approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony.

Drinks are on us — both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options will be available. Please note that the venue has a no-shot policy, which will be strictly enforced by the bartenders.

Parking is available at the venue, but we strongly encourage guests to use Uber or other rideshare options when possible. Plan ahead, travel safely, and let someone else do the driving so you can fully enjoy the celebration!

We kindly ask that our ceremony be phone-free, so everyone can actually be present with us instead of watching it through a screen. Please let our photographer handle the capturing of the moment — they’ve got it covered. You’ll have plenty of time to take photos at the reception. And trust us… nothing ruins a beautiful shot faster than a row of phones held up like it’s a concert.

There are plenty of hotels near the venue at all different price points, so you’ve got options. We’ve listed a few hotels in the travel tab — feel free to do a little digging and find your perfect fit, whether that’s bougie, budget, or somewhere in between. Just don’t sleep on booking it… October in Sedona doesn’t play around, and rooms disappear fast! Airbnb is also a great option too!

October in Sedona brings beautiful weather — Daytime highs are typically in the 70s°F , with evenings dipping into the 40s–50s°F. We’ll have space heaters to keep things comfortable, but we still recommend bringing a shawl or jacket if you tend to get cold… or just dance more to stay warm!

Everything will be outdoors, so please keep that in mind when planning your outfit.
